She has a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Smith College of Social Work, Northampton, Massachusetts.

She obtained her real estate license in 1978.

She has been the President/ Principal Broker of Annie Lee Realty Inc. since 1995.

She a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - one of the top 3 percent of real estate agents in the U.S.

CRS agents have more experience and training than the average realtor.

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Honolulu Board of Realtors.

She is a current volunteer member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors Mediation Committee.
